    Our steam sauna gets up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, a perfect environment to sweat out toxins, cultivate heat shock proteins, and it’s a lovely place to meditate and find a moment in stillness.

    Far infrared sauna therapy at Human Aeon offers a range of health benefits. It is similar to the team sauna except the far infrared red waves penetrate the skin and activate the cells.
