Instructor Certification

Join us for our instructor certification course that is an ongoing, year round series of classes for those who want to go deeper into their practice and learn how to facilitate Human Aeon breathwork, meditation, movement and contrast therapy classes, workshops and events. Students in the instructor certification course must take at least six certification classes before requesting to test for facilitator certification.

This course offers practitioners the opportunity to host their own workshops, teach classes and offer the ancient modalities through the lens of scientific study. Our Certification Course is also a great way to deepen your understanding and practice.

Human Aeon Instructor Certification not only offers in-depth Breathwork Facilitator training, it also offers detailed training on teaching meditation, movement and ancient healing modalities, specifically cold water immersion and heat therapy.

The Certification Course is a series of revolving classes offered once a month at Human Aeon Wellness Sanctuary in Long Beach, CA by Reed Wasser, founder of Human Aeon. The revolving series allows participants to enter on any class in the series.

The classes will also be live streamed on Zoom so that we may offer our course around the world. The classes will also be recorded and archived in case participants have to miss a class.

There are three levels of certification:

  1. Facilitator: Certification takes 6-9 months

  2. Instructor: Certification takes 12-18 months

  3. Teacher: Certification takes 18+ months

Human Aeon Instructor Certification is based on four containers:

  1. Breathwork: a complete system composed of four categories of breathwork practices and science.

  2. Meditation: training in stillness as means to auto-regulate the nervous system and elevate consciousness.

  3. Movement: theory and practice of exercise based on freeing and strengthening the physical body to move in all directions.

  4. Cold + Heat Exposure Therapy: practices revolving around the ancient practices of cold and heat exposure such as cold water plunging and regular sauna.

Upon certification, Instructors will have the opportunity of conducting workshops, both in our Wellness Sanctuary and at other locations. This provides a wonderful platform to impact lives positively and expand our community.
