    Start your session in our meditation hall where you can practice your breathwork and meditation. Request for a Human Aeon instructor to guide you through our methods.

    Cold Exposure Therapy

    Cold exposure is a core practice at Human Aeon. We encourage everyone to practice gradual cold exposure therapy to eliminate inflammation, increase the productions of crucial hormones (endorphins, dopamine, norepinephrine etc), cardiovascular health and leads to overall resilience to stress.

    Steam Sauna

    Our steam sauna is set in our luxurious garden sanctuary. It gets up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, a perfect environment to sweat out toxins, cultivate heat shock proteins, and it’s a lovely place to meditate and find a moment in stillness.

    Infrared Sauna

    Far infrared sauna therapy at Human Aeon offers a range of health benefits. We offer capoeira, yoga and various fitness classes. Feel free to use our Movement Room during your 90-minute Sessions.
